REMINDER
2025 Membership renewal is NOW DUE
Renewal fee is now $100
Check or money order along with your current contact information that includes your gate card number can be mailed to the address below. Late fee will be applied to any dues payments received after March 1, 2025.

Club News and Event Update

*** Election/Annual Club Dinner Meeting*** ***CANCELLED***

Nominations for directors were held this week during club meeting. There were no additional nominees for the four positions open to be filled. Motion was made to defer election and appoint the nominees by acclamation. Our thanks go to our directors for their continued work and commitment to the club.

With the election deferred it was decided to cancel the Annual Dinner Meeting.

*** New Member Orientation ***

Applicants should review the club rules and requirements and complete our application form. Along with the completed application and check or money order of $125. Applicants must show either a valid, current CCDW or a national criminal background check at the safety orientation. This is at the applicant's expense. All requirements must be met before membership is granted.

***REMINDER***
This will be the last day to pay renewal fees for 2025 without having a $20 late fee added to 2025 renewal fee of $100 applied.
Our Membership Director, Randy McKenzie is planning on being at the clubhouse around 10:30 am to process your renewal if you wish to pay then.

 

Club Update

CLUB IS NOW OPEN

Club is open for member use. Please continue to use caution on the roads and ranges with the mud and possible erosion due to weather conditions. 

New Member Orientations have been rescheduled for this weekend. 

Friday February 7 at 6 pm

Saturday February 8 at noon

Both of these times would also be a opportunity to pay your 2025 dues if you still need to.
